Bangladesh has made impressive strides in its social and economic development, achieving lower middle-income status through stable macroeconomic conditions and substantial poverty reduction. However, challenges persist, particularly for its youth population. With an overall unemployment rate of 8.9% among those aged 15-29 Bangladesh is well-placed to benefit from the demographic dividend up to 2050,But our achievement in eliminating unemployment is not as expected ,many student are trying rigorously to get a job it any cost but not yet get only because of lacking skill .this cry of unemployed youths for jobs constantly pains us, we feel should do some this for them, that point of view, 1st of June 2024 some dreamy youths established “Skills Entrepreneurship Development & Innovation” in order eradicate unemployment from our society besides that produce more successful entrepreneur.
